What TrainersArena connects
Everything your coaching business needs. One connected system.
Four things a coaching business has to do every week: know who you are coaching, build the coaching, see whether it happened, and run the business behind it.
01Client Management
One client record the business can see.
In TrainersHQ a client is a record rather than a conversation. Their assigned trainer, their current program, their nutrition plan, their coaching status and their completed sessions all hang off one profile — so a check-in starts from what is on the screen instead of what somebody remembers.
- Nothing walks out with a trainer
- A check-in you can prepare for
- Onboarding stops being a rebuild
One client, with the coach, the program, the nutrition plan and the week’s completion on the same record.
02Trainer Management
Coaches work inside your organization, not beside it.
Trainers sign in to your organization and carry their own clients within it. The coaching stays theirs to do; the records, the programs and the client relationships belong to the business. Your organization's own exercise library is what keeps the method recognisable no matter who is delivering it.
- The client list is the business's list
- Cover becomes possible
- One standard instead of five
Coaches sit inside the organization. Each carries their own clients; the business keeps the roster.
03Workout Programming
A program is something you own, not a document you sent.
Build a program, fill its workouts with movements from the shared library or your own, prescribe the sets and reps, and assign it. Changing it changes what the client sees. Assigning it to somebody else costs nothing, because it was never a file in the first place.
- Your library compounds
- What you wrote is what they do
- The coaching stays yours
The prescription you write is the session the member opens. Nothing is exported in between.
04Exercise Library
Global and Yours, in one search.
Search once and both scopes answer. Global is the TrainersArena library, present from day one and never edited by another business. Yours is what your organization has added — its own movements, demonstrations, instructions and cues. Adding yours never overwrites the shared version, and nothing you add is visible outside your organization.
- Nobody starts from an empty screen
- Your technique standards are written down
- The cue reaches the client
One search, two scopes. The builder does not care which one a movement came from.
05Nutrition
Built with the coaching. Delivered with the training.
A nutrition plan is built in the same workspace as the program, attached to the same client, and opens in the same app the member trains in. Foods come from the shared library plus the items your organization adds itself, so a plan can describe what your clients actually eat.
- Nutrition stops being the part that gets dropped
- One version, in one place
- Something you can deliver at the same standard every time
Breakfast
- Oats with milk60 g
- Boiled eggs2
Lunch
- Rice150 g
- DalYours1 bowl
- Grilled chicken120 g
Evening
- Curd1 cup
The plan is attached to the client who holds the program, and opens in the app they already train in.
06Food Database
Shared where it helps. Yours where it matters.
The shared TrainersArena food library covers the common ground so nobody begins with nothing. On top of it your organization adds the items your clients genuinely eat — regional dishes, your own preparations, the portions you prescribe. Your items are available to your whole team and to no one outside it.
- Plans made of items, not paragraphs
- One vocabulary across the team
- It gets easier every month
A meal built from both scopes at once. The member sees items and portions, not where each one came from.
07Progress
A record, not an impression.
Sessions are recorded in AlphaSerena as the member trains. What returns to TrainersHQ is what was assigned, what was completed and what was logged, per client and per week. It does not interpret the numbers, and it does not need to — four of six sessions completed is already the insight.
- The quiet clients surface
- Check-ins start from facts
- You find out a plan is wrong before the client does
What was assigned, against what was recorded as done. No score, no prediction, no interpretation.
AlphaSerena
Your coaching reaches the member.
Every capability above ends in the same place: the person you coach, opening an app that already knows what today is. The workout, the plan and the record are one experience, not three apps and a chat thread.
- Today's assigned session, ready to run
- The nutrition plan beside the training
- Sets recorded as they train
- Progress they can see for themselves
