Workout Programming

Build the program once. Assign it for years.

Programming is the work you are actually selling. It should be quick to produce, worth reusing, and it should reach the client exactly as you wrote it — not as a screenshot of it.

The problem

Most of programming is retyping.

A coach builds a solid twelve-week block, sends it out as a spreadsheet or a PDF, then rebuilds something near-identical for the next client because there is nowhere for the first one to live. The craft is in the prescription. The hours go into the transcription.

If any of this sounds familiar

  • The same block gets rebuilt for every new client who needs it
  • A plan changes and the client keeps training off last week's file
  • The same movement gets explained again in chat, to every client
  • Nobody can say what a client was prescribed three months ago

How TrainersArena solves it

A program is something you own, not a document you sent.

Build a program, fill its workouts with movements from the shared library or your own, prescribe the sets and reps, and assign it. Changing it changes what the client sees. Assigning it to somebody else costs nothing, because it was never a file in the first place.

Programs
Assign

The prescription you write is the session the member opens. Nothing is exported in between.

The workflow

From an empty program to a session in someone's hand

Five steps in the workspace and one in the member's app. Nothing between them is an export, an attachment or a message.

  1. Program

The training block itself, named and owned by your organization rather than by whoever built it.

  2. Workouts

The individual sessions inside the block, in the order the client will meet them.

  3. Exercises

Pulled from the shared library, or from your own movements carrying your videos and your coaching cues.

  4. Sets and reps

The prescription, written once in the place the client will read it.

  5. Assign

To a client, with the coaching relationship and history already attached.

  6. AlphaSerena

It opens in the member's app as the session they train today, with the demonstrations you chose.

Where this lives

Two products, one coaching relationship.

TrainersHQ

The coaching workspace

The builder lives in TrainersHQ, next to the client you are building for — so assigning is a step in the same screen rather than a handover to another tool.

AlphaSerena

The member experience

The member trains from the program in AlphaSerena and records the session as they go, which is what makes completion a record rather than a claim.

What it changes

What the business gets out of it.

Your library compounds

Every program you build is one you never have to build again. The second year of coaching is materially faster than the first.

What you wrote is what they do

No export, no stale copy, no version of the plan circulating that you have already replaced.

The coaching stays yours

Your own movements, demonstrations and cues travel with the plan, so a program reads like your business rather than like a template.

We will walk through it with your business in mind, not a scripted tour.
