Privacy Policy
This launch-draft records the website's verified data flows. It is not an approved privacy policy and remains blocked from publication until the business identity, contact, retention and legal terms are supplied and reviewed.
Verified technical facts
Data the commercial website is designed to process
- The current Spark website does not collect or store demo-request form data.
- Demo and commercial actions open a prepared conversation on WhatsApp; no visitor-entered data is placed in the link.
- WhatsApp is an external Meta service with its own data practices.
- Firebase Analytics may process allowlisted page and CTA events later if configured; it is currently inactive.
How the launch implementation uses it
The deployed Spark mode is a static Firebase Hosting website. Firestore is not provisioned, Cloud Functions are not deployed, and the lead-capture switch is off.
The repository retains a future backend architecture for a later Blaze migration. If activated, this draft must be updated and legally reviewed before use.
Firebase Analytics is optional. If configured later, the site sends only allowlisted page and CTA events; contact details are not allowed into event parameters.
